The ESB 3.UMA combines the 3.25 silk dome tweeter and 3.65 2.5" widerange in a single mid-high unit with a self-damping ABS basket, so you get a 3-way front stage with one less mounting location. The 3000 Series ("Research at the Highest Level") is built on ESB's materials research: baskets engineered for torsional rigidity, pressed-paper cones with a waterproof treatment, Y-35 ferrite woofer motors and silk-impregnated fabric tweeter domes for a smooth sound.
