At Shopalumapro.com, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock or special-order items: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. These items will have an estimated shipping time clearly listed on the product page. We will notify you by email if there is any delay beyond our standard 3-business-day window.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Spee-Dee Delivery (regional ground service – primarily Midwest U.S.)

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer the best available rates from our carriers.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Important: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT (if applicable). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local customs authority upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view tracking in your Shopalumapro.com account under “Order History.”

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@shopalumapro.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
