The ESB 3.69 is a 6x9" (150x230 mm) woofer with a paper cone, a self-damping ABS basket and a Y35 ferrite magnet, with deeper reach than the 6.5" 3.165. The 3000 Series ("Research at the Highest Level") is built on ESB's materials research: baskets engineered for torsional rigidity, pressed-paper cones with a waterproof treatment, Y-35 ferrite woofer motors and silk-impregnated fabric tweeter domes for a smooth sound.
